Henry L. Greenidge is an attorney and government affairs professional with over ten years of experience in policy advising, regulatory affairs, community engagement, and legal advocacy. His areas of expertise include mobility—including electric and autonomous transportation, climate tech, and broadband infrastructure. Henry has held legal, policy, budget, and government affairs roles during the Obama Administration at the Federal Communications Commission, the U.S. Department of Transportation, and the White House Office of Management & Budget. He has also served in senior positions at the New York City Mayor’s Office and the NYC Department of Transportation. His start-up experience includes leading government affairs and community relations on the east coast at two unicorns, GM Cruise and REEF Technology. Henry has been recognized as an Emerging Leader in Transportation by New York University; a 40 Under 40 Rising Star by City & State Magazine; a Trailblazer by the New York Urban League, and as a Technology Catalyst by the Council of Urban Professionals. Additionally, he has served as a Fellow-in-Residence with New York University McSilver Institute for Poverty Policy and Research where he lectured and explored the connection between race, poverty, and transportation. Henry holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Arts from the Scripps Howard School of Journalism and Communications at Hampton University where he graduated with honors.
